Bluebell Cottage Gardens is a perfect half day visit for groups and ideal for combining with other local gardens (see below). We welcome both horticultural clubs and social groups such as WI, U3A, Rotarians etc.
In 2010 the gardens are open from 1st April to the 3rd October. Group visits are welcome by prior arrangement only on any day except Mondays. We suggest allowing two hours for your visit, either during the morning or afternoon. At present we can't provide lunch but visitors are welcome to enjoy packed lunches at the picnic tables in the nursery.
Our group package includes:
Coach parking is available by prior arrangement 200 yds from the gardens. (Coach visitors disembark at the garden gate, only the coach driver has to walk the 200 yds!). The lane is accessible by all coaches with a ferry lift which is required to clear the canal bridge. We advise against 14metre coaches which may struggle with one tight corner.
If you have any questions, or would like to reserve a date for your group, please call 01928 713718 or send an email. We will be happy to hold dates while you consult group members. No payment is required until 1 week before your visit.
